Collection: Sark Dairy Trust
This project is supported by Caragh Chocolates as we believe it to be necessary for our production of chocolate and the Island community as a whole. This community dairy will create sustainable milk production and by products for the future without the need to import. All proceeds from these "Sark Dairy Trust" goods sold through our website will be donated directly to the Sark Dairy Trust.
